Our Story
It has always been our goal to brew our own beer on site; whatever it takes- blood, sweat and beer.
We began Packwood Brewing Co as a contract brewery, and have enjoyed building out the taproom and restaurant over the years to accommodate Packwood and the surrounding area.
Our Team
Josh + Tina Puckett
Tina took this leap 8 years ago on this historical building. She, Nat, and a contractor spent most of a year getting this 1933 historic building in shape, and I joined the team at opening. What a ride! We’ve all spent countless years skiing at White Pass, and know so many peeps with cabins here… a brewery, why not go for it?? What an adventure it has been. We have such an awesome family around us now, and so many from the community have become like extended family. We look forward to sharing time with you all and creating memories. Come check out the new brewery building, should be ready this summer!

Head BrewerI have been brewing since I turned 21, and fell in love with craft beer, especially the Smoked Porter style. I worked at a homebrew shop, The Beer Essentials, for 5 years and was Head Brewer at Puyallup River Brewing for 5 years before joining Tina in the beginning of Packwood Brewing Co. I love to share my passion with others and have always strived to surround myself with a wonderful community. Cheers to Packwood, a wonderful mountain town to brew beer for and call home.
partnerships
We have worked with many amazing micro breweries over the years, most of them in the South Puget Sound or Yakima areas. We have contracted with 7 Seas, Wingman, Cowiche Creek, Yakima Craft, Sig, and Talking Cedar to brew our recipes for us so we can serve them out of our Packwood taproom. We have also collaborated with Cowiche Creek, Shorthead, Bale Breaker, Sig, Longmire Springs, Selah Springs, Ilk Beer, and Liquid State to brew seasonal and experimental brews, creating lasting memories and friendships.
These relationships and experiences have been invaluable. As we begin the next phase of Packwood Brewing Co, we hope to continue the positive comradery the craft beer industry is known for.
